With a personal connection to autism through a family member, Tony understands the unique challenges and strengths of individuals on the spectrum. First Aid for Autism: The Impact on Employability

In today’s competitive job market, possessing first aid skills can significantly enhance an individual’s employability. Employers value candidates who can act calmly and responsibly during emergencies, creating a safer work environment. Moreover, our course fosters important employability skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, making participants more versatile and confident in various professional settings.

Our neurodivergent youth have the opportunity to enhance their employability with this course developed with them in mind. They have much to offer our workplaces and this course provides them with an advantage in gaining meaningful employment, at the same time providing employers with the opportunity to employ an exceptional worker!
